Description

Caslan is a very well respected name that goes way back in the custom window coverings industry. These roman shades were originally made in a work room like draperies. They are still made using the same quality custom manufacturing process but the cost has been reduced substantially. Caslan shades are very easy to measure for and install and they are available for fast delivery. The woven fabrics we offer are of the finest quality, crafted into a sumptuous window treatment, with soft overlapping folds for a rich traditional look. Large windows aren’t a problem because Caslan shades can be built as wide as 120” as one shade.

Instead of using a converted pleated/cellular shade head rail Caslan has a heavy duty wooden head rail that utilizes New York style brackets. To reduce wear and tear on the cords, Caslan shades have swivel cord locks with large grommets for ease of operation. These designer shadings are controlled by a newly designed and patented fabric panel system, engineered to provide convenient light-control and years of smooth, flawless operation. Six inch fabric valances are standard. Cords and tassels are color coordinated. Standard configuration has the controls on the right, but, left side controls can be specified. Attractive cord cleats are supplied with each shade. Continuous Cord Loop is available for a small for a small up charge.

Caslan is available in Hobbled as well as the subtly textured Flat style. Matching valances complete the custom designed look and are standard with every shade for no additional charge.

The Atria fabric below, offered in several luxurious colors, is made of 100% polyester and is light filtering. It is neutral white to the street side. This shade is "flat style" - when the shade is down the fabric lays flat and horizontal lines are visible where the seams are located.

For inside flush mount this shade requires 2 3/4" window encasement depth. If your window is not 2 3/4" deep you can order the valance with returns to give the shade a more finished look. For details please call us at 888-650-6873.
