| This Baritone shade is blackout room darkening which is great for bedrooms, nurseries, home theaters and any room that you want to darken. The larger cells proportionately look really great for larger windows. Baritone is Energy Smart. With an R Value of 3.5,. The inside of each cell is lined with foil which serves as an insulating layer to reduce energy costs. The integrated foil technology maximizes the insulating properties of the fabric and enhances its blackout capabilities. In the winter it keeps the warm air in and the cool air out and in the summer does just the opposite.
